[HamWAN PSDR] Ups and Downs

You can query your device log (/log print) to see if you see YOUR RF 
link dropping.  You can also get the link's current uptime (/int wir mon 
0) to see if it's been up for days or just minutes.  If your link is 
stable, it's likely a HamWAN problem deeper in the network.
