Hi Dave,
You can get uptime for your link with the command:
/in wi registration-table print
The uptime should reflect the last time your radio registered with an AP.

Yes, you can get more info about the problem if you run continuous
traceroutes (eg: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTR_(software)). Both
from the inside-out and outside-in would be useful data sets. They'll
show you the transient routing problems.
