There has been no change at Cougar we are aware of. Any client connection would be subject to your individual leases/agreements, but there is certainly no HamWAN infrastructure there.

I tried searching the list archives, and the only recent thing I found was a note from 2017 that said HamWAN was prohibited from installing any equipment there by the site owners--not sure if that was specifically for sector equipment or even client access equipment.  Just checking to see if anyone has any more recent news on that.
