[HamWAN PSDR] Lookout offline / info?

Thanks Chris.  Rob C. also said the repeaters up there are offline, so power looks very likely.

Just did a scan on the Triangle dish and not seeing any sign of Lookout on the RF side, looking like a power failure to me
