[HamWAN PSDR] Freenode implosion

Apparently the subject established by Nigel concerning the rumored implosion at Freenode does not meet the "freenode community standards" whatever those are. The #hamwan channel is now ##hamwan.

If the chat is moving, could a notice of the alternative chatserver be published on the website?
