[HamWAN PSDR] Volunteer needed to help establish Haystack<->Baldi link

I'm trying to do this on clear days before snow sets in, which aren't 
gonna coincide with weekends.  I'll make a push tomorrow.  No worries, 
as thankfully multiple folks reached out.
