[HamWAN PSDR] Larch connection lost

For those not aware, Oregon HamWAN (https://www.oregonhamwan.org <https://www.oregonhamwan.org/>) has received an $88K grant from ARDC to establish HamWAN in the Portland area, with connections to PSDR and to Salem, Oregon. We have some equipment on hand, with more on order. We are working to negotiate contracts with various tower owners and to configure equipment. We were hoping to establish a connection through BawFaw.

If there is anyone interested in assisting with our efforts, we would welcome your help.
