[HamWAN PSDR] Cleanup work at Blyn - need a volunteer

Hi Doug,

I live between Sequim and Port Angeles and assuming you/he need(s) 
someone on the ground to help (i.e. I don't climb towers, ladders, etc.) 
I should be able to help as long as there's no heavy lifting involved. 
I'm usually available and could meet him there.
