[HamWAN PSDR] VOIP server issues?

First it froze, then it was rebooted and the HA software screwed up 
somehow, then HA software was bypassed and it ran for a few days, then 
it ran out of RAM and deadlocked, then I rebooted it and gave it more 
RAM, and then it refused to boot up at all.

It's been an ordeal of Ubuntu 14.  It needs to be either rescued via 
Live CD or rebuilt from scratch at this point, since it's not booting.  
If anyone has an insightful idea for dealing with this frozen boot 
screen, it'd be great:
