There are all sorts of outdoor rated cable options that will work perfectly fine. We end up mostly using Ubiquiti TC-PRO (https://www.amazon.com/Ubiquiti-Networks-TOUGHCable-Shielded-Ethernet/dp/B008L143VW) because it meets our outdoor & shielded requirements, and works well with our tower hardware. No reason you have to make the same choice though.
