[HamWAN PSDR] Lookout S2 - please test

The Bawfaw outage was a result of the link radio in Chehalis locking up and needing a power cycle.  The host's schedule and mine finally lined up Thursday, so I was able to go there and give the radio a little kick.  Doug K. confirms it is back to normal operation.DaleAH6ET
