Yes, this is the list you posted to.

What Doug was recommending is that you create a free account here (Radio Mobile Online) with your callsign: https://www.ve2dbe.com/rmonline_s.asp

Navigating that site is not that easy but it can be figured out if you’re methodical about it. Put in your GPS coordinates and height of your antenna and it will give you a pretty coverage map for your location.

I’ll leave the equipment question open for people who might be closer. I’m in Renton.

There are likely others in the are closer than me who can lend you some gear to test with.  We can also help you with path plot analysis if you can send us very accurate GPS coordinates and height above round at that location fo your planned test or permanent antenna using information from Radio Mobile Online (get a free account with our ham callsign).
