[HamWAN PSDR] New subscriber introduction

Good morning.  My name is Kevin Matthew.  I am the repeater operator for
Kitsap County DEM's 145.43 machine and I operate and manage 3 Winlink RMS
gateways for them as well.  Recently, the Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club
(KCARC) asked me to join their technical committee and help them transition
the Gold Mountain repeater site from WWARA to KCARC operation.  We are at
the stage where we are deploying a HamWan solution up on Gold Mountain to
support 146.62 repeater operations.  I also believe that KCARC has
facilitated an introduction between you folks and Q13 Fox on getting a
sector distribution site up there as well.  I've had a couple of HamWan
projects on the back burner for a while and getting a PSDR presence on Gold
Mountain will allow me to push them forward.  :-)  I will, most likely, be
needing help from this group as I get up to speed.

On another note, the growing PSDR footprint in Kitsap County will increase
the demands on the PSDR operations team.  I am retired and have a lot of
free time on my hands and would be willing to volunteer with the HamWan
group provided I can get up to speed enough to be useful.  My professional
background is in IT Systems/Network Administration.  I joined the City of
Bremerton in 1989 as a Programmer/Unix Admin/Network Administrator.  Took
over as Manager in 2014 until I retired in 2019.   The PSDR is more complex
than what I ran for the City, but I learn quickly and a bit of handholding
can go a long way.
