[secops] Video conference to discuss plans

We would like to propose 1pm on Wednesday (1 March) for a meeting to
discuss our strategy and plans for securing HamWAN (PSDR).  This time works
for Rob and me.  I hope it will work for others.  If not we will look for
another time next week.   If this does not work for you and you are keen to
attend, please propose alternative times, Wednesday or later.
