[secops] Video conference to discuss plans

No one got back to me saying they could not make 1pm Wednesday except Nick
who can join late at 1:30pm, so I suggest we just shift to 1:30pm and then
he can make the whole thing.   I have set the call up from 1pm onwards, but
let's plan on starting the real discussion at 1:30.  I will be on earlier
if people want to just meet and chat.
