[HamWAN PSDR] New station install

Hi my name is Kevin, Ki7kur

I apologise in advance for not knowing a whole lot about HamWan. I am
wondering if an administrator might look at my modem and make sure the
settings are optimal. It is working from the Canadian border pointed at
lookout. The sig is -72  snr is 51
