[HamWAN PSDR] Baldi's back on UPS power

Wiztronics has their site cameras available online. They have a camera at their Baldi pointed at the generator panel in their container. It looks like their generator isnt active. Hopefully that means PSE has fixed the underlying issues.

Looks like we have 120VAC back:

10/02/2019    14:54:27    UPS: Returned from battery backup power.

Not sure if that's due to generator running, or mains being restored.
