[HamWAN PSDR] PSDR Digest, Vol 88, Issue 1

I know that I'm late, just following list digests, but I always recommend
putting fiber in lightning / RF prone conditions such as this. There are
quite cost- effective options If you know where to look, if anyone wants I
can price out some out.
