[HamWAN PSDR] Bawfaw hamwan & DMR question

The BawFaw site has had both of its HamWAN feeds fail recently. We've 
been working on assessing and fixing this situation.  Should have a 
physical assessment done this weekend.  This failure is also related to 
the CapitolPeak cable system problems I emailed about recently.
