[HamWAN PSDR] VOIP server issues?

I'm done putzing with it.  It boots quickly now.  I've also added 
open-vm-tools so that the shutdowns / reboots are clean, and we can see 
all the bound IPs.  Also took a couple snapshots in case we need to 
restore in future.
