[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: $2k budget for Haystack site hardware

I will let Bart speak to the specifics of the converters, but yes, this is an addition of a panel to supplement the existing panels and batteries on site, to offset our power usage. In summary, we are adding capacity to their existing system, rather than creating our own power system.
