Hi Chad,
That looks like a great site.
That would be a good place for a Radio Access Network/Sectors.
Close to the population center to keep path loss low, but on a very high
piece of land.
You might think about a Yakima County Data Ring, 2 or 3 sites that each
have a Radio Access Network, and then a backbone between them.
Elephant Mountain 2270' AMSL +100'

West Valley/Summitview 1,840' AMSL +50'
This site would provide coverage from the opposite direction in case of
path blockage for users.
