[HamWAN PSDR] New User How to use Internet

Hi,

I have been successful to use a portable QRT 5 International rig to contact Larch Mtn cell site with NTP.

I was not successful on using IE on a Windows 8.1 Dell laptop connecting to the Internet.

I there documentation on HamWAN on how to connect to the Internet?
