[HamWAN PSDR] Best WLAN protocol for PtP link

I forgot to call out the exceptions, we have started using 60Ghz links in a
few situations where the distance is fairly small. In some cases those are
not Mikrotik radios and don't use NV2, but they are the exceptions.
