[HamWAN PSDR] 2023 HamWAN season projects - INPUT NEEDED!

Sounds good.  The Chehalis site has good LoS to Bawfaw.  I think our 
performance hit may be coming from being on the edge of sector 1.

I did propose creating a Baldi link after we set up the backfeed. While 
there is LoS, it was thought to be too long at 82 miles to be reliable, 
especially during inclement weather.  I don't have much experience with 
long distance PtP, so I can't really make an educated prediction of its 
performance.  It might be something to try, at least until we can build 
a closer site.
