[HamWAN PSDR] Ubiquiti Rocket M5 Airmax

I am new to this, I heard about this many years ago. Now I found something in a box of stuff I was given that might apply.
Is this too old to be of any use? It says it is MiMO. But the date of manufacture is 2013.
5GHz TDMA Base Station. I have two, and two log-periodic antennas. 
I see I'm right on the edge of the coverage area, in Lacey about 1/4 mile south of Harbor Freight Tools.
